Position Overview
We are seeking a Software Engineer to help build and scale our AI recruitment platform. You will work closely with product, AI, and design teams to develop new features, improve system performance, and create exceptional user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and APIs.
- Build and integrate AI-powered recruitment workflows.
- Develop frontend and backend functionality.
- Optimize platform performance, security, and reliability.
- Collaborate with product teams to deliver new features.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Participate in code reviews and technical planning.
Requirements
- Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience with React and modern frontend frameworks.
- Experience with Node.js and REST APIs.
- Familiarity with databases such as MongoDB or PostgreSQL.
- Understanding of cloud platforms and deployment practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI, LLMs, or RAG systems.
- Experience with AWS, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
