Position Overview

We are seeking a Customer Success Specialist to ensure customers achieve maximum value from the Staffin platform. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients onboard successfully and optimize their recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer onboarding and training.
  • Build strong relationships with customers.
  • Provide product guidance and best practices.
  • Monitor customer adoption and engagement.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion.
  • Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to product teams.
  • Resolve customer issues and coordinate with technical teams when needed.
